I recently called on Roch because my 11-year-old daughter's anxiety over needles and other medical procedures had escalated to full-blown panic. It got so bad she would melt down before getting out of the car, making it impossible to even get her in the door of the doctor's office.
Roch impressed me from the very first phone call about this. His compassion touched me so deeply that I knew I was in good hands.
I'm sure my daughter felt the same way, because when he visited our home he listened--REALLY listened--to everything the child had to say. He was understanding and nonjudgmental, and she opened up to him as much as she could.
She had only one hypnosis session before her next visit for a blood test, and I know it helped because she went calmly from the car to the office. Progress! Unfortunately, her fear came back in force before the test was conducted, and I was unable to calm her down. I tried everything, but couldn't get through her fear. She was hysterical.
Out of options, I called Roch. At that point I didn't think he would be able to help, as I didn't think ANYTHING would be able to help. But as soon as my daughter got on the phone with him her crying stopped. I don't know what he said, but she got quiet as she listened, and her breathing slowed at last. Her hysteria had passed and we were able to get the test done. I encourage anyone looking for a hypnotist to give Roch a call. You'll know right away that he loves people and loves to help ... and he will!
